Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality bakery items including bread, cakes, and pastries. Support the Chef de Partie in daily bakery operations, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation. Ensure mise-en-place is prepared and maintained efficiently throughout service. Follow recipes and presentation guidelines while being open to learning new techniques and styles. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP and food safety guidelines. Maintain proper stock rotation and assist in monitoring inventory levels in the bakery section. Work collaboratively with the pastry and kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service for all outlets and events. Take ownership of your section when delegated, and proactively address any issues that arise during preparation or service. Demonstrate initiative in learning and growing your pastry and bakery skills under the guidance of senior chefs. Handle guest dietary requests and preferences with care and attention when required for personalized service. Qualifications

Your experience and skills include : Previous experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setting Culinary certification or diploma in bakery / pastry is preferred Strong passion for baking and pastry arts, with attention to detail and quality Good organizational and time-management skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards Additional Information
