Job Overview :

Our client, a global IT solution and telecom services provider, is seeking a Telecom Technician to support ICT and telecom projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems, audiovisual systems, and network hardware.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review project documents related to ICT and Telecoms, including security and audiovisual systems.
• Conduct site visits to verify installation compliance with operational requirements.
• Support the development and updating of operating procedures for hardware, networks, and systems.
• Perform routine and non-routine operations on data processing peripherals, communication, and networking equipment.
• Monitor, log, and report system performance and issues.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support during maintenance, repair, upgrade, and installation activities.
• Follow procedures for hardware and software installation and removal, ensuring correct operation.
• Gather information for incident resolution and escalate issues appropriately.
