Assistant Financial Counselor

The Assistant Financial Counselor is responsible for processing preauthorization requests submitted by clinical departments manually or through the Cerner Health Information System He she is also responsible for working with patients to insure the hospital receives maximum payment for all services rendered while assisting the patient with basic financial assistance as directed by the Supervisor The incumbent is required to interact with patients and families related to specific sections in the medical affairs as and when required The Assistant Financial Counselor is also required to communicate with insurance providers as well as Sidra clinical staff to assist in resolving matters related to the specific domain assigned Qualifications Fluency in written and spoken Arabic 2 years of experience in a Healthcare Facility Experience in Formal revenue cycle health insurance and or patient experience training Good understanding of health insurance and health insurance contracts Experience in Cerner Health Information System ARABIC candidate Must be on Family sponsorship or Freelance ONLY Note Its Temporary vacancy to join ASAP til 31 August 2024 Salary 5 600 QAR full package package optional Location Qatar
