Join Our Team : Sales Associate

Are you passionate about fashion and driven by excellence in customer service? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and have a flair for achieving sales targets, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and information on product features based on customers’ needs.
  • Achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers using our client book.
  • Support in-store visual merchandising and maintenance of display standards.
  • Stay informed about our promotions and advertising campaigns.
  • Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions.
  • Manage and expand client relationships, including acquiring new clients.

Candidate Profile :

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Exhibits excellent grooming and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Provides outstanding customer service skills.
  • Able to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods.
  • Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Complies with all company policies and standards.

  • Excellent cross-selling skills
  • Service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
