Guest Room Attendant - Luxury Resort

Apt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for Guest Room Attendants at a stunning luxury resort located on the beautiful Red Sea. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring that guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and common areas of the resort.

Responsibilities

Prepare guest rooms by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking all necessary supplies

Perform deep cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing

Ensure all amenities are replenished, including towels, soaps, and linens

Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly

Provide outstanding guest service by accommodating special requests as needed

Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments

Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Requirements

Previous experience as a Guest Room Attendant or Housekeeper in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred

Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Housekeeping Operations is preferred

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests

Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and carrying

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
