Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the nightly audit to reconcile all daily transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other applicable fees.
• Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs during the night shift, including resolving any guest inquiries or issues.
• Monitor the hotel premises for security purposes and address any safety concerns.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservations, preparing reports, and coordinating with other hotel departments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
