Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Adventure Park’s operations : from hiring team members, maintaining safety standards, managing equipment & facilities, to defining guest‑experience policies.
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented, safety checks performed regularly, and equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
• Lead, train and develop staff; manage guest service quality; liaise with marketing and internal departments for promotional activities.
• Work actively in an outdoor adventure‑facility setting with dynamic thrill‑ and family‑based activities such as ziplines, rope courses, climbing walls, giant swings, etc.
