Job Description
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with personalized attention and anticipating their needs.
Escort guests to appropriate facilities and offer tours of the spa as required.
Assist guests with spa-related information and answer any questions they may have.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas.
Prepare treatment rooms according to specified guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Act as a host in locker rooms and relaxation areas, ensuring guests find their treatments and are served refreshments.
Consistently engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
Stock and organize spa amenities, toiletries, and supplies.
Collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties.
Knowledge of spa treatments and services.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs at all times.
Highly responsible and reliable.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Empathetic and attentive to guests' comfort and well-being.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
