• Check and monitor marina phone messages, returning all messages promptly. - Check daily and reporting log books. - Check weather reports to provide guests with accurate, up-to-date information. - Check and respond to all marina-related emails. - Ensure all gates (Dry Berth, Parking, Slipway) are locked at all times. - Properly roll hoses after use. - Remove garbage from all piers (1, 2, 3, new jetty) for the morning shift to collect and dispose of in marina premises. - Report any incidents directly to your supervisor or the next shift. - Stop all trailers and jet boats to check details if necessary. - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all marina areas (staff cabin, storeroom, toilets, changing rooms) before leaving. - Conduct hourly walk-throughs of the piers to ensure boats are properly and stably positioned. - Report maintenance issues (pier shortages, light fuses, etc.) directly and have them signed off by the next shift. - Report damages to ropes and fenders, and have them signed off by the next shift. - Complete the steps according to the dock maintenance SOP.
