Cigar Lounge Waiter

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests to the cigar lounge in a warm and friendly manner

Assist guests in selecting cigars and beverages, providing recommendations and knowledge about the products

Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure the cigar lounge is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times

Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including cigars, drinks, and food options

Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales

Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Work closely with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and delivery of orders

Uphold all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards

Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of cigars and their pairing with drinks is an asset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
