About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Contracts Administrator (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts related to roads operations and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Prepare, review, and manage contracts for roads operations and maintenance projectsCoordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract developmentAnalyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and recordsMonitor contract performance and ensure adherence to agreed-upon termsAssist in contract negotiations and amendments as neededPrepare regular reports on contract status, issues, and financial performanceCollaborate with project managers to resolve contractual disputes and issuesEnsure compliance with local and international contract laws and regulationsDevelop and implement contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency What do we need from you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in roads operations and maintenance (O&M) sectorStrong knowledge of contract management principles and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)Excellent analytical and data management skillsStrong financial management and budgeting abilitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProven negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with construction and engineering terminologyUnderstanding of local and international contract lawKnowledge of roads operations and maintenance (O&M) practicesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus What's in it for you?
