We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background in civil and infrastructure works to join a long-term energy project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on site-based challenges, enjoys working in diverse cultural environments, and can lead teams to deliver large-scale construction safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Monitor all site activities, conduct inspections, and ensure work is carried out in line with approved risk assessments, method statements, permits, and instructions. Identify and implement risk reduction measures across all phases of construction. Review and check method statements, safety certifications, and other related documents submitted by contractors and consultants. Take corrective action in cases of lapses or delays. Supervise and coordinate contractors to achieve safety and quality goals, recommending solutions where necessary. Attend progress meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors; analyse critical issues and propose timely resolutions. Conduct field inspections, surveys, and provide technical advice. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental requirements. Investigate incidents and accidents, and coordinate corrective measures. Provide guidance and technical support to contractors and teams. Act as the construction focal point, coordinating across disciplines and departments. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, and verify contractors' progress claims. Resolve routine site issues and escalate technical queries as needed. Review and endorse construction dossiers for assigned projects. Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent diploma in a relevant discipline. 10 to 15 years' experience in civil and infrastructure works on large-scale projects within the energy sector. Strong background in onshore solar (photovoltaic) projects is highly desirable. Knowledge of local, national, and international codes, standards, and specifications. Proficiency with computers is an advantage. Experience working with live oil and gas plant environments, including geotechnical and topographical surveys. Strong supervisory, planning, and coordination skills. Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and under challenging site conditions. Strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental awareness.
