Working Schedule :

5 days per week / 8-10 hours per day

Experience Required Key Job Accountabilities

Participate in and execute strategy and plan, review Contractors SHE Plan, participate in safety walks and audits. Identify issues & resolutions, conduct safety-incident investigations, and monitor Contractor’s safety performances, programs, and incentives.

Support project concept selection and planning, develop Project Objectives & Strategy (POS), Cost and Schedule Estimates, Project Development Memorandum (PDM), Roadmap, and other planning documents. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

Lead Front End Engineering Design (FEED) activities, converting technical and operational requirements into Basic Engineering, and prepare tender documents for EPC phase. Oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phases.

Apply Brownfield Project Planning and Execution approaches, Interface Management, and ensure quality and risk management to meet technical requirements.

Review construction strategies, assess contractor performance, and ensure proper execution of onshore and offshore activities.

Coordinate schedule estimates, analyze critical paths, and develop mitigation strategies against risks and uncertainties.

Review project resources, cost estimates, and develop contingency plans. Monitor costs and schedules, forecast trends, and manage funding and extension requests.

Review and support invitations to tender, manage vendor prequalification and selection, ensuring standards and requirements are met.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Knowledge and Key Skills

At least 8 years of experience in project execution, engineering, and operations.

Recent experience working in the field at company facilities on Brownfield projects, SIMOPS, and debottlenecking of operating facilities.
