Homecare Nurse (Childcare - QCHP RN)

Position Summary : As a specialized nurse in our childcare team, you'll be the heart of nurturing care for newborns and children. Your role is to ensure they are healthy, happy, and thriving. From feeding and bathing to creating engaging learning activities, you'll be their trusted caregiver. You'll also keep parents informed about their child's progress, building strong relationships along the way. Key Responsibilities : Provide Newborn and Childcare :

Perform standard duties such as burping, swaddling, diaper changing, bathing, and feeding to ensure the child's comfort and well-being. Establish Routines :

Implement and maintain sleep and feeding routines to promote consistency and structure in the child's daily activities. Nutritional Support :

Prepare and serve healthy meals, including during the weaning process, to support growth and development. Promote Healthy Sleep Habits :

Encourage positive sleep associations and self-soothing techniques to foster healthy sleep patterns. Facilitate Learning and Exploration :

Organize and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and independent learning. Ensure Safety and Hygiene :

Maintain a clean and safe environment, including regular cleaning and disinfection of toys and play areas. Organize Baby's Space :

Set up and organize the baby's room to create a comfortable and functional environment. Communication with Parents :

Keep accurate records of activities and development, and communicate effectively with parents daily about their child's progress and well-being. Key Requirements : Due to the nature of the role, which involves intimate childcare, female candidates are required. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a solid foundation in healthcare and child development. A valid Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) RN license is required. Relevant experience in pediatric nursing, childcare, or midwifery, with a proven track record of quality care. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certifications. A genuine passion for working with babies and children. Caring and compassionate attitude towards children and families. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
