• 7–10 years of proven experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Inventor, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, plastics, sheet metal, assemblies).
• Solid project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects.
