ERP Manager

Zenon is pleased to be working with one of the world’s fastest-growing helicopter companies to recruit an ERP Manager based in the Middle East.

As a leading provider of services ranging from HEMS, Utility, Surveying, VIP, and Corporate Charter operations, this position requires an individual with extensive experience in managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of emergency response plans and procedures.

Your Responsibilities will include :

Overseeing the management of specific emergency programs, ensuring response activities align with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

Developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures for the company’s operations and specific incident types.

Coordinating and conducting regular emergency response drills and exercises to test and improve plan effectiveness.

Supervising operational support functions, including working with the Security team to monitor security situations and develop guidelines and SOPs.

Monitoring and evaluating emergency response performance and recommending improvements.

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Providing training and education on emergency response procedures to employees and contractors.

Maintaining and updating emergency response documents and records.

Coordinating and communicating with relevant authorities during emergencies.

Participating in incident investigations and root cause analyses.

Identifying and evaluating potential emergency scenarios and risks.

Developing and maintaining emergency response equipment and supplies.

Understanding and adhering to the company's emergency response protocols.

Monitoring humanitarian risks and informing management and staff.

Managing ERP projects, including monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting.

Providing consultancy to ensure business continuity during emergencies.

Responding to incidents such as natural disasters and assessing response levels.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 7 years of experience as an ERP in the aviation field.

Certificate in Emergency Management Professional (EMP).

Certificate in Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (advantage).

Certificate in Aviation Human Factors (advantage).

Familiarity with GACARs, FAA, and EASA regulations.

Strong knowledge of emergency response principles, procedures, and regulations.

Highly organized, process and task-oriented with problem-solving and communication skills.
