Real Estate Business Developer

We’re Hiring : Real Estate Business Developer Gardenia Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our property portfolio in the Qatari market.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market growth.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Negotiate deals and oversee the closing process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

Proven experience in real estate sales or business development.

Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

Knowledge of the Qatari real estate market is a strong advantage.

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Location : Doha, Qatar
