Role Description

This is a full‑time Skills Technician role, based on‑site in Qatar. The Skills Technician will be responsible for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio, video, and lighting systems. Day‑to‑day tasks include setting up and configuring equipment, providing technical support, ensuring system functionality, and collaborating with team members to execute projects according to client specifications. The role also involves occasional training and guidance for clients on equipment usage.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in Audio, Video, Lighting, and Multimedia systems, including installation and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills relevant to audiovisual and lighting equipment
• Experience with system integration and an understanding of diverse technologies
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software pertinent to AV and broadcast systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively on projects
• Attention to detail, and the ability to follow project specifications accurately
• Previous experience in similar roles or in the entertainment and live performance industry is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in a related field is preferred
