Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Qatar for a Senior Civil Estimation and Procurement Engineer. The responsibilities include both estimation / tendering and procurement activities by preparing cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, evaluating tenders, managing estimation and procurement activities, evaluating suppliers, issuing and managing purchase orders, and overseeing the RFQ process. The role requires strong organizational skills, robust analytical capabilities, and effective communication with various stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in supplier and subcontractor evaluation and managing purchase orders
• Strong analytical skills for assessing project costs and procurement strategies
• Ability to manage the full cycle of estimation and tendering procedures
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
• Experience in managing request for quotation (RFQ) processes effectively
• A degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in civil estimation and procurement, in contracting industries
• Exposure to mega projects is a must
• Proficiency in project management tools and cost estimation software
