HSSE Specialist-Facility Management

Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced HSSE Specialist to join our team for projects across varying sectors and various locations within Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within Qatar.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing HSSE policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Conduct routine site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Support risk assessments and hazard identification activities for FM operations.

Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics and assist in incident investigations.

Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions to employees and contractors.

Maintain accurate HSSE documentation and records for audits and compliance checks.

Assist in emergency preparedness planning and drills.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HSSE requirements are integrated into daily operations.

Qualifications

BSc or Diploma in a relevant discipline.

Reasonable related and applicable HSSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO standards).

Total 7 years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience as an HSSE Specialist in the Facility Management field.

Required Skills

Knowledge of HSSE regulations and best practices in Facility Management.

Familiarity with ISO standards and auditing processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to promote safety culture.

Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Basic incident investigation and reporting skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
