Job Description

Drilling Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location : Qatar

Job Type : 12 month renewable contract

Industry : Oil & Gas Well Engineering

We are seeking a Drilling SME to provide expert guidance on drilling operations optimise well performance and reduce risks.

This role requires deep technical expertise strong problemsolving skills and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse realtime data and identify drilling issues
  • Provide expert advice on well engineering and risk mitigation
  • Develop reports and recommendations to improve performance
  • Lead workshops and mentor junior engineers
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

  • Strong drilling and well engineering experience
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving drilling dysfunctions
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
