Job Description

We are hiring an energetic and well-experienced Female Branch Manager for a new hair salon in the city. The candidate must be a qualified Beauty Therapist, responsible for managing the salon's operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading the team to provide excellent services while maximizing profit and adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise salon activities and operations
• Manage staff schedules, considering peak times and seasonality
• Increase service sales and customer retention
• Focus on revenue growth
• Foster team unity and ensure quality service delivery
• Handle customer complaints promptly
• Resolve staff disputes and report incidents
• Motivate staff, set targets, and monitor performance
• Upsell and cross-sell services and retail products
