Subsea Coordinator

Airswift is seeking for a Subsea Coordinator to work with our client based in Qatar.
Job Description
To support the Diving Operations Specialist (TRP) with the supervision and monitoring of all manned and unmanned subsea operations carried out by the company, to ensure they are in line with international best practice, classification society rules, flag state, local regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications
Experienced HSE Top Up Diver & preferably Closed Bell Diver (or equivalent)
IMCA Air Dive Supervisor or IMCA Closed Bell Supervisor
Preferably C.S.W.I.P 3.1u (or higher)
Preferably Introduction to Dive System Auditing Course
Preferably Introduction to DP course
Experience with SPM maintenance, Inspection Repair Maintenance (IRM), Subsea Umbilical, Risers & Flowlines installation (SURF)
Preferably time spent at Superintendent / Offshore Construction Manager / Project Manager level
Responsibilities
Demonstrate an Incident Free attitude through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture.
Ensure all activities carried out under the supervision of the role comply with the companies HSE policy.
Propose & monitor strategies and technology to support the companies GHG reduction targets.
Support Incident Investigations and reporting processes, ensuing identification of root causes and capturing of lessons learned.

Demonstrate a cost focus culture to ensure sustainable value is delivered.
Demonstrate cost efficiency within the area of responsibility.
Operations
Support the Diving Operations Specialist (TRP) in the creation and review of company CMS standards and guidelines.
Support and encourage the development of local talent, ensuring development plans are followed, experience and knowledge shared.
Document and record department performance KPI’s as agreed by N+1 and N+2
Support resolution orientated communication and strategic connection among critical stakeholders to implement solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure CMS rules, standards, policies, and guidelines covering subsea personnel and equipment are applied and monitored in accordance with international regulations and standards, classification society, flag state, local regulations, Industry best practice and company procedures.
Maintain a robust audit and assurance program, ensuring personnel and equipment mobilized to support company subsea operations are in full compliance with international regulations and standards, classification society, flag state, local regulations, Industry best practice and company procedures.
Support contract management, ensure contractors are in full compliance with procedural and contractual requirements.
Support operational changes, delivering solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
Ensure the N+1 routinely provided with highlights, concerns and trends related to company subsea activity.
Participate in industry forums related to subsea operations.
