Wet Utility Design Engineer – Bilfinger Middle East We are seeking an experienced Wet Utility Design Engineer to support our projects across the Middle East. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in wastewater network design and a proven record of delivering high quality deliverables on time.

Key Responsibilities
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum 5 years of relevant design experience.
Proven experience with consultancy firms in the design of wastewater networks.
Prepare design reports, hydraulic models, discharge calculations, and network planning.
Use SewerGEMS and other hydraulic design software.
Design gravity systems, force mains, and pump stations in coordination with mechanical, electrical, structural and instrumentation teams.
Produce and review detailed pipeline profiles for gravity and pressure systems.
Perform clash detection / analysis and lead the resolution process during design development.
Develop design alternatives and system optimization strategies to meet performance, cost, and sustainability objectives.
Coordinate design work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.
Ensure quality control and compliance with client and authority specifications.
Work with GCC authorities and familiarise with their standards, codes, and approval procedures (especially in Qatar).
Deliver projects in Qatar, UAE, KSA, or other GCC countries.
Understand local authority requirements such as Ashghal.
