Service Advisor

الوصف الوظيفيDiploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Experience in a dealership service outlet. Strong knowledge of automotive systems. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism. Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Workshop Supervisors, Team Leaders, Technicians, Parts Department, and Reception Staff.

What You’ll Do :
- Be the bridge between our customers and workshop teams.
- Build trust and rapport with clients while identifying their vehicle service needs.
- Drive upselling efforts and meet monthly KPIs for labor and parts.
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery with minimal work-in-progress (WIP).
- Communicate estimates, timelines, and payment methods clearly to customers.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and team leaders to track service progress.
- Focus on customer satisfaction (CSI & NPS), aiming for 80%+ positive feedback.
