We are seeking a Manager and a Senior Manager with extensive experience in AI and Generative AI to set up architecture and technical solutions that enable the deployment of AI use cases. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies including natural language processing, reinforcement learning and deep learning along with a proven track record of implementing scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AI architecture and technical solutions for corporate clients.

Develop and deploy AI strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and design AI use cases that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Utilize pretrained AI models and transformer techniques to create robust AI solutions capable of various tasks including text generation, summarization and conceptual querying.

Conduct assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance AI deployment and integration with legacy systems.

Monitor the evolving landscape of generative AI ensuring compliance with intellectual property, privacy and copyright regulations.

Provide guidance on best practices for AI implementation including model training, validation, deployment and monitoring.

Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java for AI model development.

Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g. SQL, Apache Spark).

Knowledge of AI architecture principles including the use of pretrained models and transformers.

Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

Experience with data visualization tools to present insights and findings effectively.

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.

Senior Manager : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI and data consulting with a strong focus on architecture and technical solutions.

Manager : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI and data consulting with a focus on implementing AI solutions.

Proven experience in designing and deploying AI architectures and technical solutions.

In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their application in various industries.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
