Senior Architect Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team in Doha Qatar . Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design process from initial concept and schematic design to detailed construction drawings and specifications.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers MEP engineers and project managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated project delivery.

Prepare and present high-quality design proposals technical reports and presentations to clients and key stakeholders.

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes regulations and international standards particularly those applicable in Qatar.

Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD Revit and other industry-standard tools.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress ensuring strict adherence to design intent and quality standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technical staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Manage project timelines and resources to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within budget.

Resolve complex design and technical challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognised university.

Significant proven experience working as a Senior Architect or in a similar leadership capacity preferably with experience in the Gulf region.

A strong portfolio of completed projects that demonstrates exceptional design skills and technical proficiency.

Expert proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

In-depth knowledge of construction principles materials and methods.

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A thorough understanding of Qatari building regulations and approval processes is highly desirable.
