Overview
In this role, you will provide technical assistance, support, and maintenance related to the computer system, software and hardware, environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT System Administrator. You will be responsible for administration and internal support. Responsibilities
Well-known infrastructure tasks regarding OS Windows, Mac, NLB, Raid controller, NAS storage, Blade Server, Rack server, and Backup devices. Patch Management, Exchange server, Office 365 E5, EDR. Patching workstation based on the company policy. Follow best practice guidelines with Help Security Admin in developing system level policies, procedures, best practice and hardening of servers. ITIL and MOF framework knowledge; document and follow internal procedures. Well-know about Antivirus End point & EDR solution and international standard products. Well knowledge experienced MAC OS, Mobile devices. Handle daily operations. Give priority to assign task, pending work. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. Maintain checklists daily and improve accordingly. Maintain inventory of all datacentre equipment and cloud, software and licenses; manage all applications licenses and hardware; renew warranties in advance. Office 365 E5, MS Teams, OneDrive, MS PowerPoint, Visio. Install, test, and configure new workstations, servers, network devices, peripheral equipment and software. When required as per emergency, stay late to complete assigned tasks or pending work; may be required to work during holidays. Monitor setup for optimum performance, deviations from normal system behaviour and act accordingly. Take part in integration scenarios as and when needed. Support Line-of-business (LOB) applications. Print servers need to manage. Evaluate, test, and deploy infrastructure components’ hot fixes, service packs, and upgrades; perform timely maintenance of workstations, servers, hardware network devices. Offboarding and onboarding tasks should be completed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. 3 to 6 years of experience. Microsoft certification : System Administrator, Email Administrator. ITIL v4 certification or an equivalent framework.
