Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Bartender at the Pool Bar (Flamingos) at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha. The Head Bartender will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pool bar, preparing and serving beverages, managing bar inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include crafting specialty cocktails, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash transactions, training junior staff, and upholding the high standards of service expected at The Ritz-Carlton.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending
• Proficiency in Cash Handling
• Excellent leadership and training abilities
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial
