We are offering a permanent live‑in travel butler position for a high‑net‑worth family residing in Lusail City, Doha, Qatar. The family travels frequently across Europe, the USA, Canada and other destinations. The role requires pro‑active professionalism, excellent client‑relation skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Overview As a travel butler you will provide full butler service to the sir or madam, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times, especially during travel. You will handle luggage logistics, packing and unpacking, manage airport arrangements and provide personalised services to guarantee smooth and efficient travel. Flexibility, discretion and professionalism are crucial as the family’s schedule can be fast‑paced and subject to change.

Responsibilities

Provide full butler service to the sir and madam, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Organise luggage logistics for frequent travel, including packing and unpacking.

Take care of personal items, fine fabrics and accessories.

Manage airport arrangements, check‑in and check‑out procedures.

Handle baggage and ensure timely transport to and from destinations.

Provide excellent customer service with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

Assist with other butler‑related tasks as requested by the family.

Qualifications

Three or more years of private butler experience.

Two excellent checkable references.

Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.

Must hold a European or UK passport to travel internationally without visa restrictions (particularly to the USA, Canada and Europe).

Working Days & Hours Working days : Six days a week with flexibility due to travel arrangements.

Working hours : 10‑12 hours per day.

Salary Starting from $3,000 – $4,000 gross per month depending on experience and qualifications.

Location Lusail City, Doha, Qatar.

Language English (fluent). Other European languages are a plus.

Starting Date ASAP.

Visa Requirement Only candidates who hold a European or UK passport will be considered for this role.
