Director of Financial Planning and Analysis We are supporting a prominent hospitality group in Qatar in their search for a Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

The group operates across multiple luxury and lifestyle hotel brands, and this role sits at the heart of their finance leadership team. The FP&A Director will drive budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making for the hospitality portfolio.

Key Focus Areas

Lead all aspects of financial planning and forecasting across hotel assets

Deliver insightful analysis to support operational and investment decisions

Partner closely with hotel GMs, Finance Heads, and the corporate leadership team

Monitor business performance, identify areas for cost optimization, and drive profitability

Manage and develop a small FP&A team, ensuring high analytical standards

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in FP&A or commercial finance within hospitality, real estate, or mixed‑use assets

Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in finance roles

Proven knowledge of the GCC market — ideally with experience in Qatar, UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman

Strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong, confident & charismatic personality

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; exposure to BI tools is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred
