The Principal Product Manager oversees the development and management of AI products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to deployment. This role involves defining product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that AI products meet market needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement product strategies for AI productsthat align with organizational goals.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and designto development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingengineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful productdevelopment and launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identifyopportunities for new AI products and enhancements to existing products.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirementsbased on user needs, market demands, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, andbudgets.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making necessaryadjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, andregulatory standards in all product development activities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managersand other team members.
- Prepare and present product proposals, reports, andpresentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to thedevelopment of departmental goals.
- Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by theHead of AI Products & Development or senior management.
Requirements
