Job Purpose
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting hardware and software issues maintaining IT systems and ensuring smooth daily operations for end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Install configure and maintain computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners.
 - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
 - Respond promptly to service issues and requests raised by users.
 - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software and network problems.
 - Set up user accounts permissions and passwords.
 - Provide technical support across the company (in person via phone or remotely).
 - Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
 - Perform regular system backups and data recovery processes.
 - Assist in IT asset management and maintain up-to-date IT inventory.
 - Support the rollout of new applications and system upgrades.
 - Liaise with external vendors for IT equipment and services when required.
