Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation such as pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters, control valves, analyzers, and safety systems.
Troubleshoot faults in PLC, DCS, and SIS systems (e.g., Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell, ABB, Siemens).
Perform loop checks, function testing, and pre-commissioning / commissioning of instrumentation systems.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule and report any deviations or failures.
Maintain instrumentation associated with fire and gas detection, ESD systems, turbine controls, and wellhead equipment.
Use HART communicators, multimeters, calibrators, and other diagnostic tools to perform technical tasks.
Maintain documentation of work performed, calibration records, and equipment history in CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
Ensure compliance with offshore safety protocols and regulatory requirements (e.g., PTW, risk assessments, JSA).
Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance as needed.
Requirements
Should have a minimum of 5 years of offshore experience.
Should have Technical diploma or trade certification in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related discipline.
Should possess T-BOSIET / HUET, H2S, Confined Space, and OMF Offshore Gate Pass (either valid or expired copies).
