WhatYou’ll be Doing - The Construction Project Manager willutilize their multi-faceted skill sets to lead projects related tothe design and construction of new and existing sites and willmanage vendor relationships and multiple internal businesspartnerships. The role could involve up to 50% travel and willrequire strong, proactive, problem solving along with excellent,effective written and verbal communication skills. You'llreport to the Director of Construction. The Project Manager is acritical role in ensuring the construction team delivers welldesigned, efficient spaces, seamless of construction, and a directline of communication and coordination between the variety ofdisciplines involved in the projects. During a Typical Day,You’ll

  • Establish and maintain a masterschedule and benchmarks for each project
  • Establish andmaintain the project budget
  • Coordinate, set-up andparticipate in program planning meetings and manage metricinformation for KPI’s for the delivery of the program
  • Work with Finance to ensure proper initial planningdocuments are completed and assist with monthly project and GREOcompliance to budget and forecasting needs
  • Possess theability to assess existing site / building conditions, plans andcriteria to determine scope of work and / or identify challenges orobstacles associated with Capital Improvement projects in theexisting Customer Service Centers throughout the region
  • Manage multiple resources and disciplines within a given project,adhering to strict timelines and budgets
  • Work withinternal partnerships to create solutions for new and existingsites
  • Define and execute design through concept andspace planning methods and documentation What You Bring To The Role
  • BA / BS or equivalent experience
  • ConstructionEstimating experience is necessary
  • Experience with CADand reading drawings and floor plans
  • Knowledge of spaceplanning and design
  • Extensive knowledge of projectmanagement techniques
  • 5+ years of commercial real estateproject management experience
  • Knowledge of constructionmethods and facilities process and
  • Excellentcommunication skills and ability to effectively communicate with avariety of customer types
  • Creative problem-solvingskills
  • Essential time management skills and ability tomulti-task and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizationmethods
  • Strong and effective leadership skills
