What are we looking for

An Executive Housekeeper serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow :

• At least 23 years of experience in a similar housekeeping & laundry management role
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or highend hospitality environment
• Previous experience in the Middle East
• Proven track record managing large teams largescale leisure spa and housekeeping operations
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control abilities
• Experience with department management and P&L
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedicated to high levels of customer service
• Ability to perform under pressure
• IT proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong grooming standards
• Flexible in responding to various work situations
• Strong organizational budget management and problemsolving skills
• Passion for exceptional guest service
