Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and efficient Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team in Doha, Qatar. As an Accounts Payable specialist you will play a crucial role in managing our company’s financial obligations and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports and payment requests
• Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate records in the Accounts Payable ledger
• Reconcile Accounts Payable sub‑ledger with the General Ledger
• Prepare and process domestic and international payments
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing procedures
• Monitor and reconcile vendor statements and handle vendor inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and local tax regulations
• Prepare and file various tax‑related documents including TDS and VAT reconciliations
• Assist in payroll processing and related tasks
• Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision‑making
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
• Implement and maintain an efficient filing system for financial documents
