Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Designer located in Doha, Qatar. The Event Designer will conceptualize and execute creative event designs tailored to clients' needs. Responsibilities include planning and designing event layouts, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure design concepts align with project goals, and managing resources to ensure timely and budget-conscious project execution. The Event Designer will also collaborate with the production team to integrate AV, lighting, and stage elements into cohesive event experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Event Designing, Event Planning, and Event Management skills to conceptualize and execute innovative event layouts and designs.
• Proven ability in communication and client engagement to interpret client needs and deliver tailored event solutions.
• Experience with Sales to ensure alignment of design concepts with client satisfaction and project budgets.
• Skills in resource allocation and timeline management to achieve successful on-site execution.
• A versatile portfolio showcasing proficiency in event design and execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Proficiency in design software and tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the events, AV, or creative industries is highly preferred.
