Job Description
Loydence Academy, a MoEHE-licensed British Primary School, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to help drive student enrollment for the upcoming academic year. Our admissions are open until January 2025, and we need someone who is proactive, creative, and bilingual (Arabic and English) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Student Recruitment - Develop and execute strategies to recruit new students and meet enrollment targets.
- Lead Generation - Identify potential students and parents through targeted campaigns and community outreach.
- Social Media Management - Manage and grow Loydence Academy’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok etc.). Create engaging content to drive awareness and interest.
- Marketing Campaigns - Plan and implement marketing campaigns, both digital and in-person, to promote the school’s programs and benefits.
- Community Engagement - Represent the school at community events, school fairs, and local exhibitions. Build relationships with nurseries and other education providers to create a pipeline for new enrollments.
- Public Relations - Manage relationships with local media, develop press releases, and organise promotional events to enhance the school’s visibility.
- Data Tracking and Reporting - Track leads, inquiries, and the effectiveness of campaigns. Report regularly to school leadership on progress and results.
Requirements
