الوصف الوظيفيAble to work the hours required to enhance the service division operations Ideally have a recognized qualification in Electrical and / or Mechanical Engineering Be computer literate Good command of English language, spoken and written Good communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Able to work on own initiative and under pressure Able to work to strict timeframes and achieve results Must be able to work to written procedures and comply with company policies Drive for results – a deep seated inner desire to compete against standards of excellence and achieve “step changes” in business results Task Completion – reliable, committed to completing tasks Resilience – persistent, positive and self-reliant Accountability – drives outcomes by taking personal responsibility Customer Focus – understands the importance of customer needs, whether internal or external Working together with others – relates to people, engages and builds relationships Able to work long hours in demanding conditions under pressure Good command of English language, spoken and written Good communication skills; must be able to complete reports legibly Effective troubleshooting capability Ability to read electrical drawings Possession of driving license essential Previous Experience with HVAC and Temperature controls (Carrier / LG / York etc.) DX Packages Units Previous Experience with HVAC and Temperature controls (Carrier / LG / York etc.) Air cooled chiller units Capable of basic administration and working to written procedure Ability to calculate cooling level based on site conditions College Degree in a Mechanical or Electrical field or relevant qualifications Previous Experience with York, Carrier and Trane Chillers and DX and Split units Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role or related field Experience with HVAC controllers from York, Trane, and Carrier, including training certificates for courses attended in programming Dealer experience (York, Trane, Carrier) Must hold an official HVAC trade qualification from a recognized organization Previous experience with Chiller plant District cooling Previous experience in the rental industry Must possess experience in repairing piston compressors and screw compressors Mid-Senior level Full-time Management and Manufacturing

Accountabilities / Duties
- Comply with Primepower servicing schedules and procedures
- Ensure all equipment is prepared for hire in compliance with Primepower ‘Green Card’ procedure
- Ensure all work performed reports are approved by client (on site) and are legibly produced
- Ensure immediate response and minimal disruption to client’s requirements
- Ensure good housekeeping of work area and service vehicle
- Maintain a minimum spares level in service vehicle as per procedures
- Effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime and unnecessary repair costs
- Customer satisfaction externally & internally
- Compliance to QHSE & ISO Standards and Procedures
- Compliance with 24-hour call – out policy
- Any other duties considered essential for effective operations and service
