Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing offshore projects including fabrication, repair, and modification of offshore structures, vessels, and modules.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and scope of work , ensuring compliance with classification societies, client, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor progress, cost, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and QA / QC teams to resolve technical issues.
Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and classification authorities to ensure project requirements and approvals are met.
Conduct risk assessments, HSE reviews, and toolbox talks in collaboration with HSSE teams.
Support offshore operations such as load-out, lifting, installation, and integration works .
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Marine, or Offshore Engineering.
5–8 years of project engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in offshore projects .
Proven experience in offshore structures, ship repair, jackets, topsides, modules, or heavy steel fabrication .
Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, AWS, ISO, ABS, DNV, etc.).
Strong understanding of project management, scheduling tools (Primavera / MS Project) .
Previous experience in offshore projects is preferred.
