This is a crucial role that ensures the timely and secure transfer of luggage and cargo, contributing to HIA’s commitment to world-class passenger experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Loading and unloading passenger baggage and cargo from aircraft and transport vehicles.
• Safely transporting luggage between the terminal and aircraft.
• Operating ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and dollies.
• Ensuring baggage is handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Reporting any irregularities or damaged luggage.
• Following all safety protocols and airport operational procedures.
• Assisting in baggage sorting and delivery to correct carousels or connecting flights.
• Supporting ramp operations during aircraft arrival and departure.
