Job Description
Attraction Attendant (Seasonal) This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation in the Attractions Department in relation to the company's core process; thus, directly impacting the opening and closing of the rides and leisure facilities, delivering memorable guest experiences.
Meet and greet guests as they enter rides.
Ensure children are of the appropriate height and age for rides.
Display a friendly, helpful, and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and fellow team members.
Maintains high ethical and professional standards.
Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures.
To assist with emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss, or injury to any Guests, team members, or Company property.
Qualifications
High School education.
Previous work experience in Leisure, Theme Park,or Hospitality would be an advantage.
Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
Guest service skills and English communication skills.
Able to read and interpret manualsrelating to safety, operations, and procedures.
