Responsibilities : Attend to plumbing repairs and maintenance Install or maintain heating systems Repair sanitation systems Fit bathrooms Perform emergency repairs Carry out and ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems, including connections to fixtures Use hand and power tools such as pipe cutters, threading, and bending machines safely and professionally Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using appropriate methods Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing broken pipes and clearing blocked drains Education :

2-year Diploma in Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college Experience :

3 years of related maintenance work or equivalent combination of education and experience Technical Skills :
