SIMULATOR INSTRUCTOR

We are working with our client based in Qatar to source a SIMULATOR INSTRUCTOR. This is a residential contract based in Qatar.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience :
Minimum 6 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, including 3 years as an instructorExperience in plant processes, production equipment, and understanding of basic DCS process control systemsExperience in procedure development, analysis, and plant Operations and MaintenancePrimary Duties and Responsibilities :
Design and develop competency-based training courses, assessments, workplace learning materials, and tests; advise line departments on development and corrective action plansDesign, develop, teach advanced-level theory and practice, and assess using various learning methodologiesOperate within a multicultural, multinational, and multi-venture environmentAnalyze knowledge and skills gaps in alignment with OJT (On Job Training) programs and design learning materials to meet individual needs in coordination with line supervisionRecommend learning solutions with course curriculum, respond to learner feedback, and make adjustments or enhancements accordinglyIf you are interested in this role, you may apply via our website or share your updated resume to
