Industrial engineer

Overview Industrial Engineer - Lusail, QatarAs an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will work closely with production teams, analyzing data and implementing improvements to streamline operations. This is a full-time position that requires experience in the field, and accommodations are not provided. Biometric passport is also required for this role. Responsibilities Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processesAnalyze data on production output, costs, and quality to identify areas for optimizationDevelop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiencyCollaborate with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of changesMonitor production systems and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performanceIdentify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process and develop solutions to address themTrain employees on new processes or procedures to ensure successful implementationUtilize computer software programs for data analysis and process simulationMaintain documentation of process improvements and provide regular reports on progress to management Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysisKnowledge of industrial engineering principles, methods, and toolsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teamsProficient in using computer software programs such as MS Excel, Auto CAD, etc.Must have a biometric passport
