Evo Sports Qatar began in 2007 and has evolved as Qatar’s largest multi-sports coaching provider, playing an integral part in the development of a new era of sport and health culture in Qatar. Evo Sports Qatar is situated at Doha College Al Wajba, featuring World Class sports facilities, including a full-size 11-aside football field, numerous sports halls, outdoor training courts, two indoor swimming pools, and fitness studios. Alongside these facilities, there\u2019s also a sports café on the premises. Evo Sports Qatar is seeking a passionate, driven, and enthusiastic Football Development Coach to join our team from October 2025. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within one of Qatar’s leading youth sports academies, delivering high-quality coaching sessions across our Football Development Programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting young players through a carefully structured pathway, helping them grow both on and off the pitch. All sessions must reflect Evo’s coaching philosophy and uphold the core values of the club — Friendship, Respect, Integrity, Pride, and Professionalism. This is an ideal opportunity for a coach who is committed to player development and excited to contribute to a thriving, values-led sporting environment. About you

The ideal candidate should have some experience of coaching a wide range of age and abilities. Experience of working in a similar role would be seen as a distinct advantage. We expect you to be a highly motivated and successful practitioner, who is willing to contribute in a positive manner to all aspects of the academy and college. This is a tremendous opportunity for an exceptional practitioner to join the academy and to further develop their career. A high standard of written and spoken English is an essential requirement for all our positions.
