KeyResponsibilities :
Maintain accuratefinancial records for all companies within thegroup.
Prepare and post journal entriesensuring proper categorization of financialtransactions.Reconcile general ledger accountsincluding bank reconciliations monthly accruals and intercompanytransactions.AccountsPayable and Receivable :Processand verify invoices payments and receipts for all groupentities.
Maintain and monitor the accountsreceivable and accounts payable ledgers ensuring timely payment ofinvoices andcollections.FinancialReporting :Assist in thepreparation of financial statements (balance sheets profit and lossstatements) for each company within thegroup.
Support the Finance Manager in preparingconsolidated financial reports and ensuring compliance withregulatory standards.Provide timely andaccurate financial data to internalstakeholders.Taxand RegulatoryCompliance :Prepare and file VATreturns tax declarations and other statutory filings asrequired.
Ensure compliance with tax laws andassist with audits liaising with auditors and regulatoryauthorities.Budgetingand Forecasting :Assist in thepreparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the groupentities.
Monitor actual results against thebudget identifying variances and reporting them to the FinanceManager.PayrollProcessing :Ensure accurate andtimely payroll processing for employees across allentities.
Maintain payroll records ensuringcompliance with labor laws and internalpolicies.InternalControls :Assist in maintaininginternal control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure theintegrity of financial reporting.
Ensureadherence to group accounting policies andprocedures.Supportin Audits :Assist in thepreparation for annual and periodic audits providing requesteddocumentation and responding to auditorinquiries.
RequiredSkills andQualifications :
Education :Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance or a relatedfield.
Partqualified or qualified in aprofessional accounting certification (ACCA CPA or equivalent) is aplus.Experience :3years of experience in accounting preferably in a multientityenvironment or group of companies.
Experiencewith financial reporting and compliance requirements for multipleentities.TechnicalSkills :Proficient in accountingsoftware (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle orsimilar).
Strong MS Excel skills including theability to handle large datasets and createreports.Attentionto Detail :High level of accuracyin financial recordkeeping andreporting.
