HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and standards on site Conduct safety inspections risk assessments and incident investigations Promote safety awareness and conduct safety trainings and toolbox talks Ensure compliance with local regulations and international safety standards Monitor safety performance and prepare safety reports Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions Support site teams in maintaining a safe working environment Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Safety Management Engineering or relevant discipline 3 years of project experience in Oil Gas or infrastructure projects Extensive project experience in Qatar with no maintenance background Strong knowledge of HSE standards regulations and incident management Excellent communication and leadership skills
