Role - Oracle Retail Solution Architect – Large Transformation Program

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Solution Architect to lead a large-scale transformation initiative for a leading enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Oracle Retail applications and strong solution design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Retail modules (RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, SIM, WMS).
• Lead full lifecycle implementations — from requirements to go-live.
• Ensure seamless integrations with ERP, POS, and third-party systems via OIC / middleware.
• Develop and optimize batch jobs, PL / SQL scripts, and integration adapters.
• Partner with business teams to align retail processes with organizational strategy.
• Conduct performance reviews and recommend system enhancements.
